When your order leaves the Shreddy Warehouse, it is put in the hands of some very capable shipping companies in order for you to receive your items safely, undamaged, and in a timely manner. However, we do not have control of what happens after your order leaves our warehouse. Occasionally packages get lost and accidents happen due to circumstances out of our control. Unfortunately we have not had the best experience shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. There have been many delays and lost packages. If an order comes through with the above type address, we reserve the right to cancel the order at which time a full refund will be returned back to the payment method used.
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class, First-Class Package, or Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with authorized Shreddy personnel. Our shipping price is calculated by weight of items in your order and location to where your order will be sent, so shipping prices can vary with each order. Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days from the time you receive notice that it leaves our warehouse.
International Orders Outside the U.S.
International orders may ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping times vary dramatically based on the country. Packages typically arrive between 7-30 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if there are specific circumstances you are aware of that may affect shipping to your country. Due to the cost of international shipping, international orders do not qualify for FREE shipping promotions.
