We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) under normal volume. During times of high volume (I.E. DIXXON DROPS, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & HOLIDAYS IN GENERAL) it may take up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed regardless of the method of shipping chosen at checkout; that includes Priority Mail or other expedited selections.
When your order leaves the Shreddy Warehouse, it is put in the hands of some very capable shipping companies in order for you to receive your items safely, undamaged, and in a timely manner. However, we do not have control of what happens after your order leaves our warehouse. Occasionally packages get lost and accidents happen due to circumstances out of our control. Unfortunately we have not had the best experience shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. There have been many delays and lost packages. If an order comes through with the above type address, we reserve the right to cancel the order at which time a full refund will be returned back to the payment method used.

Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground unless other arrangements have been made in advance with authorized Shreddy personnel. Our shipping price is calculated by weight of items in your order, package dimensions, and destination address, so shipping prices can vary with each order. Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. Most orders arrive within 1-6 business days from the time you receive notice that it leaves our warehouse.
International orders may ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping times vary dramatically based on the country. Packages typically arrive between 7-30 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if there are specific circumstances you are aware of that may affect shipping to your country. Due to the cost of international shipping, international orders do not qualify for FREE shipping promotions.
Shreddy uses Shopify partner carriers to provide the most reliable and affordable shipping options that include USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
International orders are shipped using common Delivered at Place Unloaded (DAP) incoterms. This means the seller is responsible for clearing the goods for export and bears all risks and costs associated with delivering the goods and unloading them at the named port or destination. The buyer is responsible for all costs and risks from this point forward, including clearing the goods for import at the named destination country.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Shreddy encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Shreddy at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Canceling/changing your order after it is placed: We pride ourselves on some of the fastest shipping times in our industry, so most of the time we are unable to cancel/change orders once they have been placed especially during high volume times. This includes adding a discount/code after an order is placed. Once your order is received, you can return for a refund/exchange per our exchange policy.
